 uo\;s unique URL to complete the 2019 Membership and Chapter Satisfaction 
 Survey. This link allows each member to log in without inputting their cre
 dentials. If you do not receive the survey email\, have issues with the li
 nk\, or experiences difficulties while taking the survey\, please send an
