 is responsible for supporting 30+ partner venues throughout Northern Calif
 ornia and Nevada. Ross began his Event Technology career as a technician i
 n 1999 and joined PSAV (later Encore) in 2004\, holding various operationa
 l roles along the way. Ross serves on the Board of the CA Hospitality and 
 Lodging Association and received his MBA from Drexel University in 2011.\n
 Amy Orr has more than 20 years of experience in the event and conference p
 lanning industry\, specifically with professional and trade associations. 
 Amy began her career in Colorado working for a trade association\, the Gen
 eral Merchandise Distributors Association\, where she discovered her inter
 est in the conference and event industry. After moving back to California\
 , she held positions at the California Grocers Association and the Califor
 nia Chamber of Commerce. At the California Chamber of Commerce\, she manag
 ed high-profile Board of Directors meetings\, legislative summits\, and pu
 blic affairs events for five years. In 2007\, she established her own even
 t planning business\, ORRganized Events\, which focuses on conference plan
 ning and association management.&nbsp\;Amy has been an active volunteer wi
 th MPISSN and is currently the V.P. Communications.&nbsp\;\n\nLeena&nbsp\;
 Riggs is the Director of Marketing &amp\; Partnerships at Visit Ranch&nbsp
 \;Cordova. &nbsp\;Past employers include the Sacramento Kings\, Universal 
 Orlando Resort\, and Walt Disney World Resort. &nbsp\;Leena has a B.A. in 
 History and an M.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management. &nbsp\;She serv
 es on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Children&rsquo\;s Museum a
 nd the Government Relations Committee for the Rancho Cordova Chamber of Co
