Registration is required.\nParticipants will be given bags\, buckets and gloves to collect the tiny trash such as coffee cups\, bottle caps\, broke n children's beach toys\, Styrofoam\, straws\, and coffee stoppers as thes e small plastic pieces are very detrimental to the bird\, fish and turtle species that live on our waterfront because they are often mistaken for a food source. \;\nSign up today to make a visible and immediate impact on the local environment!\nEvent stipulations:\n\n no pets are allowed (except for Service Dogs)\n wear comfortable\, closed toed shoes or rub ber boots. Note: shoes will get dirty!\n no flip-flops or sandals are a llowed. Participants with this type of foot wear will not be permitted to participate due to safety regulations.\n Terrain is uneven and there ma y be prickly vegetation that can cause rashes (eg: thistle\, buckthorn\, p oison ivy\, wild parsnip\, etc.)\n Wear pants to protect legs from scra tches and insect bites\n Dress for the weather - we work rain or shine\ n Bring or wear sunscreen and a hat and a bottle of water.\n Leave a ll electronics and valuables at home.
