Brittney Cobb named manager, global accounts for Anaheim, Calif.-based INNOV8 Meetings + Events.	Megan Buchbinder appointed marketing director for the Springfield (Mo.) CVB.	Taylor Jacobs appointed vice president of real estate for Anagram Ventures, hospitality-focused investment firm.


Dave Hilfman named interim executive director for the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA).	Blair Wills to appointed president and CEO for Providence, Rhode Island-based StepStone Hospitality.	Khim V. Neang named spa director for the Woodstock (Vt.) Inn & Resort.

Doug Ridge appointed general manager of the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa.

Laurent Boisdron named general manager for Sable at Navy Pier, a Curio Collection by Hilton in Chicago.

Josh Leibowitz named president of Seabourn.

The Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel in Omaha, Neb., named Mara Bouvier general manager and James Schelnick director of sales and marketing.
