MPI Arizona Chapter Networking Event

On behalf of the Arizona Sunbelt Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and the Membership Committee we are pleased to invite you to bid on fully hosting one of the monthly speed networking mixers for the 2021-22 season.

This is a perfect opportunity for your property or venue to showcase itself to corporate meeting planners and suppliers throughout the valley and show support of your local MPI Chapter. Please review the following information and submit a written response to Joanne Winter, Executive Director by email jwinter@mpi-az.org

SPECIFICATIONS FOR HOSTING & SPONSORING MPI AZ 2021-22 SPEED NETWORKING MEETINGS

Value to Sponsor:

• Two (2) complimentary event registrations to their host event and two (2) complimentary meeting registrations to another networking program
• Listing in newsletter, social media outlets, and MPI Arizona Sunbelt web page prior to the event
• Property offered opportunity to have featured manager give a five-minute welcome, venue introduction, and highlight of culinary creations of the Executive Chef and staff
• Opportunity to offer pre or post site tour

Program: MPI AZ Networking Events (expected attendance 50-60 ppl)

Dates Available:

• September 2021
• November 2021
• December 2021
• March 2022
• May 2022

Meeting Space/Events:

• The focus of our program is for networking and membership; we are requesting a large room in which members will have ability to move about tables and free of distractions from other meetings.
• Complimentary Meeting Room Rental, Appetizers
• Room should be set in two straight lines of tables, each accommodating 18-24 people. We would prefer an empty chair between each couple to create space for privacy and reduce noise. Additionally, we require an area for open networking after any special speed networking event.
• Clear, visible meeting location, signage, complimentary parking and/or complimentary valet parking
• Light appetizers provided during event.

Space Requirements:
Speed Networking area:
Tables in straight lines. Ample room for networking for 50-60 attendees.

Time Requirements:

• Welcome - 5:00 pm-5:15 pm
• Speed Networking - 5:15 pm- 6:30 pm (approx.)
• Reception/Open Networking - 6:30 pm-7:00 pm

Food and Beverage Needs:

• Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages during Networking
• Complimentary/Sponsored Appetizers during Program

Raffle Prize:
The host property / sponsor could offer raffle prizes to be used at this event (or at raffle drawings throughout the year). Prize to be determined by the property and listed in the contract
