The Virtual Partnership: How tech providers and planners collaborate to execute virtual events
2 PM - 3 PM

In this talk, Ricardo Hicks, Jr., owner of Tech Factory, will discuss the various ways that planners and I have collaborated with to produce more than 35 events in the last four months. This is a key partnership with a lot of work and a ton of communication, with the goal of a great experience for the attendee. Sometimes the goals are achievable in the set amount of time to prepare. Sometimes the goals are unrealistic and need to be tweaked. Good front end communication will shape the execution and payoff for all parties involved.
