Small Group Team Building

MPI Georgia welcomes Stephanie Soto, Market Manager with Small Group Team Building. Stephanie joined the Community Outreach Committee which is currently working on a new chapter initiative. In her role as Market Manager, she is responsible for enhancing brand, community involvement and event facilitation. Stephanie is excited to make an impact because “how often do you get to work for a company that helps build relationships with game-based team building activities while having fun.” She is passionate about the company’s mission and advocates for their services foucing on how they can benefit an underserved market. With an emphasis on working with smaller groups, the team building organization provides a valuable tool to help small firms or departments of larger organizations better connect in the workplace.

To stay motivated and productive at work, Stephanie finds writing down a “to do” list of no more than five  items each night that are to be accomplished the following day which helps create a positive start to her workday. She explains that “when your list consists of attainable goals, you feel that you made some accomplishments and anything else completed feels like a bonus.”  Stephanie gleans inspiration from many people and especially those who have overcome obstacles and have persevered. Her mother walks that path and inspires her continuously.

Stephanie enjoys hosting game nights for friends and spends time with her husband of three years and two rescue cats. Recently she vacationed in The Netherlands and confirms that travel is a passion for the couple. Through a network to provide house and pet sitting, they have been able to visit some amazing locations which makes them feel like locals.  A fun fact about Stephanie’s family is that she is the oldest of three girls with an age gap of 25 years between her and her youngest sister.
