Help extend a warm welcome to new MPI Georgia member Brendaline Wilson, Owner and Creator of Experiences at Fine Living Events, LLC. Brendaline says she was introduced to MPI years ago while working for Bahamas tourism and joined the Georgia Chapter in June 2020. In fact, she has already jumped into volunteer mode and is currently serving on an MPI committee.

Brendaline says the pandemic pushed her into retirement. She has since departed Delta Airlines and is now preparing to re-launch her own venture as Fine Living Events. Brendaline’s company is inclusive of creating immersive destination experiences as well as event planning and design in The Bahamas and Caribbean with plans to later expand into Mexico.

When accounting firm, Laventhol and Horwath, held its first international conference in The Bahamas in the mid-70’s, Brendaline served as the executive secretary to the Partner-In-Charge of the Bahamas partnership. She remarks that the opportunity to assist in the coordination and management of the onshore activities was an eye-opener. In retrospect, growing up in her family’s hospitality business and later working in the tourism industry attributed to her career path and this present moment of launching her own business.

Brendaline obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago and majored in marketing and public relations. She has also earned industry certifications and other credentials and has proudly served on the International Live Events Association (ILEA) Board of Directors from 2015 through 2018.
