Alison Walker Account Executive The Classic Center Member since July 2021

Help extend a warm welcome to Alison Walker who joined MPI Georgia as a new member in July 2021. She is currently an Account Executive for a mid-size convention center in Athens, Georgia. Alison has worked in the hospitality industry for the last 7 years including venue sales, hotel concierge, and reception. She is skilled in booking wedding, social, religious, corporate, and convention clientele. Alison is a strong sales professional with a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from the University of West Georgia.

Alison joined MPI to get more involved in the Atlanta area and to start her journey to earning her CMP certification. Outside of The Classic Center, she is also heavily involved with the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce where Alison serves as the Chair of their Ambassador Program. When she is not volunteering for the chamber you can find her at the lake, spending time with family, or with her two dogs.
