A Word From Your President:

Allyson Wagner, CMP MPI Georgia Chapter President

By the time you read this article I will have officially been in office for almost 2 weeks.  But tonight as I write this, the night before I officially become your president, I’m struck by how suddenly inadequate I feel to lead this board.  Not because I think my leadership skills are lacking, but because I believe this board of directors is incredibly qualified to lead this chapter through the continued challenging times ahead. And I am simply here to lead alongside them.

Despite job losses, furloughs, and personal challenges, they have each stepped up to ensure that YOU, our members, have everything MPI Georgia can possibly provide to support your professional development, expand your network, and champion the causes of equality, diversity and inclusion.

Our members are our greatest asset, and our board of directors takes great pride in serving you.  If there is something you need from your membership that we aren’t delivering, tell us.  If we can do something better, tell us.  We want to hear from you.  Feel free to contact me directly at a.wagner@drurydesign.com.
