Duty of Care

MPI Greater Orlando considers the safety of all those onsite at Global Meetings Industry Day as our top priority. We are bold in our commitment to showcase this event as the model for events faced with health-related challenges for in-person attendance. Our Duty of Care is a living document that will continue to evolve, incorporating innovative features that will further enhance the onsite experience and safety for everyone in attendance.

In partnership with Ole Red, we have listed the following protocols and safety standards:

Temperature Checks before entering the event
You may also bring your own mask. Disposable masks will be provided by MPI should you not have one.
Guests who are experiencing cough, fever or symptoms of illness should refrain from attending.
To ensure safe social distancing, we are operating with limited capacity in the building.
Both staff and guests are required to wear masks to protect everyone inside the establishment.
Every guest in the restaurant has a seat at a table, and tables are positioned at least 6 feet apart.
We’ve eliminated standing in wait areas in the restaurant and bar, and dance floors will be closed to ensure safe distancing.
You will find hand sanitizer stations throughout the Ole Red building to use as you need.
The cleaning protocols and precautions at Ole Red have been elevated above the recommended requirements with proactive sanitary and disinfectant measures.
Bathrooms are renovated with hands-free soap, paper towels and faucets.
Ole Red is following local guidelines regarding elevator use, always available per ADA guidelines.
By attending our Global Meetings Industry Day event in Orlando, FL, you agree to abide by and engage in certain health-and-safety-beneficial conduct while attending the event. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting to temperature checks, wearing a mask at all times in public areas, engaging in appropriate physical distancing and not attending the event if you are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19.
