Tired of being groggy midday? Drinking way too much caffeine to stay awake? Imagine……leaving the office with energy to help the kids with homework or hit the gym and workout like you are training for a triathlon.

Brain fog is real. “Ignite the Creativity in You” will provide tools to “defog” your brain and lead to enhanced clarity that will allow for problem solving like a Superstar! You will leave the interactive session pumped and ready to implement tools and leverage resources that will positively impact your productivity at home and in the workplace.

Learner Outcomes

  • Discover how the lack of rest affects your emotional state, productivity and prevents you from building relationships/connections.

  • Illuminate the importance of increasing your productivity and how that impacts/benefits your current business and personal surroundings.

  • Be able to identify three signs of sleep deprivation.

  • Learn how to boost your creativity by up to 40% in your professional, as well as personal, settings.
