Event Overview

Start your year with mindful conversation around an ever-important topic. If you're looking to improve inclusivity within your current team or striving for more diversity within your organization, this program is for you. Experts in race, LGBTQ+ community and generational diversity will conduct small group discussions in each area, then we'll come together to dig a bit deeper as a full group.


Amy Waninger - Lead at Any Level, LLC
Amy C. Waninger, CEO of Lead at Any Level, works with organizations that want to build diverse leadership bench strength for a sustainable competitive advantage. She is the author of multiple books including Network Beyond Bias: Making Diversity a Competitive Advantage for Your Career.

Amy is a Professional Member of National Speakers Association and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. Her other credentials include two degrees from Indiana University and a World’s Best Mom coffee mug.

Cara Silletto - Crescendo Strategies

Workforce thought leader Cara Silletto, MBA, works with organizations to reduce unnecessary employee turnover by bridging generational gaps and making managers more effective in their roles. Workforce Magazine named Cara a “Game Changer” and named her in their “Top 10 Company Culture Experts to Watch.” Cara is the President & Chief Retention Officer of Crescendo Strategies, and is also the author of the 2018 book, “Staying Power: Why Your Employees Leave & How to Keep Them Longer.”

Kristina Johnson - Kristina Johnson Wellness

Kristina is an Indianapolis based therapist, yoga instructor, and diversity and inclusion trainer. She has served in various helping profession roles since 2012 and is passionate about making services relatable and affordable.

As a Licensed Social Worker, Registered Yoga Teacher, and social service leader, Kristina works hard to ensure services are high-quality, ethical, and based in best practices. She believes that inclusive spaces breed creativity and growth and works to ensure that her services reflect these beliefs.
