Designing together breeds innovation. Bringing team members with diverse perspectives and worldview broadens the vantage points the entire team shares. There are some keys required to unlock the treasures offered by co-creation. Understanding the personality preferences of your team and event owners can better align everyone towards a common goal. Learn the preferences and keys to influence your team and drive forward better designs. Whether they are naturally Logical, Empathic, Action Focused or Divergent Difference Seekers, understanding how to engage with them during the event creation process is both challenging and invigorating when done right.

Presenter:  Anthony Vade, CED, BA, altMBA, North American Director, Event Design Collective
Born and raised in Australia, Anthony now calls Toronto, Canada home. Proudly known as an instigator, creator and change agent, for over 20 years he has helped event stakeholders create meaningful and memorable connections with attendees. He has worked with the largest audiovisual, event tech and event production companies in the industry. Designing and executing large scale conferences, corporate and entertainment events in virtual, hybrid and live scenarios. He continues to push experience design boundaries in his role as the North American Director with Event Design Collective. Anthony's consultative and collaborative approach to customer engagement has resulted in thousands of successful events traversing four continents.
