Summer Membership Mixer and New Member Recruitment Kickoff

Who: Current, New or Prospect Members Welcome 
Date:  August 18, 2022
Time:  5 - 7 PM (…and overnight if you choose!)
Where:  Gettysburg Hotel, 1 Lincoln Square, Gettysburg PA

DRESS is Tropical Summer Casual!   Price includes Gettysburg Hotel’s hand-selected specialty hors d’oeuvre munchie menu, two drink tickets, music with our very own MPIMP Summer Fun Play List, and raffle & prizes!  

TIME TO BUILD OUR NETWORK – and introduce your planner and supplier friends to our MPIMP Family!  There will be a special drawing for individuals who bring a “Future MPIMP Member!”  Anyone bringing a future member will be given a raffle ticket to be entered to win a $50 Gift Card.  If you bring 3 potential members, you get 3 raffle tickets!  

MUSIC – Let’s bring in summer with your FAVORITE JAMS!  List 3 of your favorite summer songs with your registration and these songs will be included in our very own MPIMP Summer Fun Play list for the evening.  Be ready to shout out loud… “THAT’S MY JAM!”  

WIN BIG! – Each registered guest will receive a door prize raffle ticket; winners will be announced throughout the evening.   BRING YOUR CASH!   Supplier Members have provided gift certificates and fun filled baskets for you to purchase raffle tickets and load up on your favorite item!     

SLEEP OVER – Don’t let the networking end, join us for a sleep over.   Gettysburg Hotel has graciously offered Comp Rooms for the first 10 meeting planners registered.   Meeting planners should email Cindy Conaway at mpimiddlepa@outlook.com.    If you’re inviting a new planner, make sure you get them registered for a sleep over to experience all the fun!
