How did you get your start in the industry? 
I started as a guest room attendant at 16 and was moved to front desk that summer. I have been fortunate enough to progress over the years, thanks to great mentors and friends I have met along the way. 

How many years have you been in the industry?
I have been in Hotel Sales for 25 years. 

What is your favorite thing about our industry?
Every event is like a jigsaw puzzle. I enjoy working with clients and coworkers to put all the pieces together. 

What is the best career advice you've received?
Work hard and be yourself. 

If you were not in this industry, what would you be doing right now?
I can hardly imagine, but probably something with animals. 

Where did you grow up?
Seaville, New Jersey (near Ocean City)

If you could meet any historical figure, who would you choose and why?
Eleanor Roosevelt - I admire her for having the courage of her convictions. 

What is your all-time favorite movie? 
Austin Powers - International Man of Mystery
