We are all very aware of the negative impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on all facets of the hospitality industry. Now that we are stepping into the recovery period, what does that mean for hospitality businesses in New Mexico and our region? This panel is comprised of New Mexico and El Paso-based professionals to discuss recovery from the perspective of hotels, restaurants, conferences, and meeting planning in general. Moderated by Dr. Jean Hertzman, Dean of the Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management at New Mexico State University, this panel will take a deep-dive into what the hospitality environment looks like today and strategies that have been useful in recovering to pre-pandemic business levels. Attendees will be able to ask questions of the panel and there will be networking opportunities available.
