Who do you work for and what is your role?  Ohio University—I am the Assistant Event Director of Events in the College of Business

What is the best thing about your job?  No two days are the same!

What are the 3 most important skills you use at work?  Communication, flexibility and patience

What one piece of advice would you give to someone beginning their career in the Meeting Industry?  Don’t be afraid of two things—1. Don’t be afraid or ashamed to ask questions. Learn and soak up knowledge from peers that have been in the industry. 2. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes, as long as you reflect and learn from them. I believe our failures become our future successes.

What super-power would you love to have to help you do your job better? Create more event space!
