Thank you for taking the time to think about who deserves recognition for enhancing our chapter and/or the meetings industry at large! Please note, you're welcome to submit nominations for ANY category but are not obligated to submit a candidate for each. If you would like to enter multiple candidates for one category, you must complete the same survey again. 

Submissions should be based on the following criteria:

1. Nominees must be a current member of MPI Potomac in good standing.

2. Nominees must be an active member of at least one MPI Potomac committee and heavily involved in MPI Potomac activities.

3. Nominees may be self-nominated or nominated by another MPI Potomac member.

4. A completed nomination form should contain specific, articulated contributions and achievements.

5. With the exception of the Chapter Leader Award, Nominees cannot be a current member of the 2022-2023 Board of Directors. 

 Awards in need of nominations this year are:

• Planner Member of the Year
• Supplier Member of the Year
• Rising Star Member of the Year
• Marketplace of Excellence Award
• MPI Potomac Distinguished Leader 
• MPI Potomac Chapter Leader

Please note: The forms won't save as you work on them, so be sure to submit your responses when you're done. You can also type out your answers in a separate document then paste them into the form and submit. Once submitted, you cannot go back and edit your submission later.
