2023 - 2024 Call for Committee Chairs

Are you looking to develop leadership skills? Hoping to create more visibility for you and your organization in the meeting industry?

This is your opportunity to make all that happen! Your MPI leadership journey starts with serving on a committee as a committee chair or vice-chair. These are critical leadership roles within MPI Potomac Chapter where all projects and initiatives are planned and carried out.

Here is an amazing example of a global leader that had a start with a Potomac Chapter committee chair…..

“My leadership journey with MPI started with someone encouraging me to take that next step on my leadership path.  Co-chairing the women’s leadership committee with the Potomac chapter was the beginning of my leadership journey, culminating in my current position as the Chair-elect for the MPI International Board of Directors. Volunteering has been one of the most enriching experiences of my professional and personal life. The leadership journey I have had with MPI has opened up countless opportunities for career growth and connected me with an inspiring group of meeting industry professionals. If you're looking to make a difference and grow both personally and professionally, I highly recommend getting involved with MPI and taking that next step on a leadership role like the committee chair position.”
