Certainly Uncertain – Preparing for A Dynamic 2021
Our industry will experience what a Post-Covid environment means to our strategy & meetings in 2021. The economic environment, hotel structure, service profile and needs have all changed due to our 2020 experience.
Behaviors, content, and preferences will continue to evolve and will dictate behavior in the Meetings Environment. In addition to the Global Pandemic Uncertainty, 2021 will usher in a new US Presidential administration as well as globally the Geo-Political environment remains as uncertain in all parts of the world.
This session will take deeper dive to help gain a better understanding of the economic environment and how behavioral changes will have an impact in 2021 and beyond. This session will also discuss other threats that could impact the industry which include: Continued Pandemic Uncertainty, Travel Restrictions, and logistical issues. We will also explore the forces of change that will continue to pressure meeting design, behavioral expectations as well as an understanding of how omni-channel experiences have put an emphasis on content and content distribution.
