Pandemic Risk Management Must Knows:
What are the Key Factors to Ensure Resiliency for Your Pandemic Meetings and Events?

The hospitality industry is focusing on recovery and figuring out how to rebuild for the “new normal”.  We have come to terms that full health and economic resilience is going to take much longer than ever imagined….We have no control over the inevitable next, new crisis but we can control our state of preparedness.  Our post pandemic meetings and events must be built with systems ready to mobilize and mitigate the risk of both foreseeable or unforeseeable disruptions and catastrophes. Organizers and planners understand that Safety is #1 priority, and  they must  be able to communicate to the attendees why they should feel safe.  The revitalized attendee value proposition encapsulates safety, wellness, sustainability.  This proposition has to be rooted in authentic caring and concern, resulting in attendee confidence and “feeling safe” to return to face-to-face events.

Learner Objectives:

  • Learn metrics to test the resiliency of your organization to mitigate the next inevitable crisis (Being prepared when attendee gets virus at your event!)
  • Understand how to integrate the duty of care best practices to prepare for threat of any future crisis
  • Explore leadership skills that will produce enduring risk management strategies for your teams
