October 2021 Education Luncheon

Join us for a Rock-N-Roll themed Brunch on Tuesday, October 19th for an ALL ACCESS education experience at Ascend Amphiteater’s Riverfront Room. Favorite band T-shirts not required, but highly encouraged! Brunch will be served upon arrival and will be followed by an engaging education session - see the agenda for more details!

This program leverages Game On’s gamified framework, the “MILE Philosophy”, and highlights the motivating forces of four key Game Dynamics: Mystery, Incentive, Laughter, and Empowerment. When MILE is purposefully and authentically embedded into a team’s training experience, the participants will not only CARE more deeply, but also the success rates of how they REMEMBER the concepts and apply new skills greatly improves. With simple “rules of the game” that allow participants to feel inspired and empowered through healthy, collective competition, this program provides a roadmap so teammates can successfully partner together while sustaining trust, community, and connection across all roles and levels of an organization.

Attire - Favorite Band T Shirts are highly encouraged

Mask/Vaccine Requirements - All guests are welcome regardless of status. Venue recommends fully vaccinated or negative test, however, it is not required. Masks for guests are not required unless mandated by the local jurisdiction.  Venue Staff will be fully masked at all times.

Event Timing - Arrive on-time as food will be available upon entry and then we will be moving from the Brunch room (which is also backstage for artists performing at Ascend) to the Riverfront Room for our Game On Experience.
