The start of a new chapter year means many things: fresh faces on the board of directors, the latest volunteer of the month recognition, committee formations and Paige Marg, who is affiliated with all of the above.
Throughout her 14-year career in the events industry, Paige has embodied the definition of hospitality by being of service to others. Through various professional roles held over the years, Paige has supported active duty members, military families and veterans. In return, the Wounded Warrior Project, for which Paige has worked for over seven years, has given back tenfold, supporting and impacting her in a life-changing and unimaginable way. Knowing that her contribution to the organization’s overall mission has made a difference, Paige has found the sort of job satisfaction that turns a job into a calling.
Paige’s involvement with MPI THCC spans four years of membership and volunteer commitments. She has been an instrumental member of several committees, including recruitment, community outreach and education; as she gets ready to serve on MPI THCC’s board of directors, Paige will be working with a new membership team to define a way forward for 2020-2021.
Adding to her list of impressive accomplishments, Paige continues to take on and embrace new and exciting challenges. She has successfully completed a full marathon and is already training for a second run later this year. In her spare time, Paige makes room for more relaxing activities like cooking and spending time with family.
