MPI Golf - August 25, 2021
23rd Annual MPI Toronto Chapter Golf Tournament

Schedule:
2:00pm – 5:00pm – set tee off times will vary and will be confirmed a week prior to the tournament. Golfers should arrive 15 minutes prior to their tee off time.

Fees include:
- Use of golf cart
- One bottle of water and one snack pack per golfer will be in each cart
- 3 hours of golf (12 holes)
- Social distanced time on patio at end of golf round
- Chicken dinner included once off the course on the patio
Depending on regulations at the time of the tournament, groups may be limited to the amount of time they can remain on the patio after they have finished golfing.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Registration is limited to 80 golfers
Golf is RAIN OR SHINE – GOLFERS MUST SHOW
Soft spike shoes only
No refunds for cancellations
Substitutions permitted, pre-registered foursome rule applies
Final registration deadline is August 18th or when tournament sells out, whichever comes first
Single golf registrations accepted/you will be place with other non-foursomes registered.
Fees:
All fees plus HST (R#124261454)
Members: $150 + HST
Non-Members: $185 + HST
Member Special – book a foursome at $600*+ HST
*If you are a current MPI member, you can book a foursome at the member rate for all golfers if you pay with a single credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by 5:00PM on August 18. No refund after August 18, 2021.
