As Event professionals skill up to greet the new age of meetings and events, it’s more important than ever to re-evaluate and update the defined value proposition for bringing people together. What is the purpose of a meeting, if not to meet with people (subject matter experts, peers, community members and customers)? And if that is the primary purpose of an event, shouldn’t it be the lens through which we design experiences that matter for our participants, stakeholders, clients and organizations? As we seek to connect people in meaningful ways, what techniques can be applied to the elements of our events to ensure those connections are purposefully designed and executed? Explore the science of breaking the “hallway conversation” out of its corridor and into the rest of our spaces. Join this active discussion and leave equipped with power to create meaningful engagement for all attendees and stakeholders.

Named Floor 57 after the year the company first entered the lodging business, these active rooms will allow us to test design, technology, and new product and service offerings with customers and other key stakeholders and get real time feedback. We can learn from their experiences and continue to innovate, prior to delivering new design elements at scale.
Floor 57 is our active doorway into the world so that we might learn from our guests, associates, and owners who stay, work, and own our hotels. We do this in our relentless pursuit of providing better experiences for travelers, associates, and owners around the globe.
This is an opportunity for us to exhibit our best brands & experiences here at HQ to help the company sell additional units and be in more places. It is a sales, training and feedback tool for development, brand, design, and operations alike.
