She founded Soundings Connect to provide honest, relevant, and customized solutions for companies of all types and sizes. Tracy’s inherent abilities and passion for designing bespoke experiences, coupled with her deep appreciation for entrepreneurship, provides a natural coherence and strategic direction for Soundings Connect. With 15+ years of leadership in corporate meetings and events, Tracy has a gift of developing authentic, mutually beneficial business relationships. Her strength of finding the unique potential in others has enabled her to become an expert in curating high-performing teams. Meanwhile, her professional experience and education equip her with the tactical skills to connect companies, candidates, and industry partners in meaningful ways. Tracy is a strong advocate of continued education and mentoring. She holds a master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University, is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), and has a Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certification (HMCC). She is actively involved in MPI and PCMA, having held board and committee seats both locally and nationally.
