Ron Thomas

Kelley School of Business Executive Education


Ron is the Executive Director of Kelley School of Business Executive Education. He has spent over twenty years at the Kelley School of Business designing and conducting custom management and executive education programs for Fortune 500 firms such as Alcoa, AT&T, Berry Plastics, Brown-Forman, Cinergy, Coca-Cola, Dow Chemical, EDS, Eli Lilly, FedEx, General Motors, Kimball International, Lincoln Financial, Old National Bancorp, P&G, Roche Diagnostics, Sara Lee, Vectren, WellPoint, Whirlpool, and Xerox. Ron also has considerable experience in the development and implementation of consortia education programs. During his career at the Kelley School of Business, Ron led numerous consortia, including the Indiana Partnership for Management Development (IPMD), Indiana Service Partnership (ISP), the Kelley Partnership for Leadership Development (KPLD), and the Indiana Forum for Management Development (IFMD). He is certified in the Richard Barrett’s Cultural Transformational Tools (CTT), Barrett Values Center. He is also an Experiential Educator in Leading Effective Teams though Roland, Diamond and Associates, and is certified as a Seven Habits of Highly Effective People Facilitator through the Stephen Covey Company. He received an MA in Teaching and BA in English Composition from DePauw University.
