For WEC23, you'll be staying at the all inclusive Barceló Maya Resort. The group room blocks are at the Barceló Maya Palace, Barceló Maya Caribe, Barceló Maya Beach, and Barceló Maya Riviera*.

Once you have confirmed your registration for WEC23, you will receive a link to the housing site in your registration confirmation.

YOUR STAY:
WHAT TO EXPECT
- MPI will provide bus service to/from all of the hotels during WEC**.
- Check in is at 3:00pm EST and check out is at 12:00pm EST.
- Rooms will range from $214-$380 per night (plus taxes and fees) depending on location within the resort and size of the room. This is based on all inclusive single occupancy.

Your all inclusive*** reservation includes:
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet restaurants at each hotel within the block.
- Dinners at a la carte restaurants at Maya Beach, Caribe, Colonial & Tropical Hotels (restrictions apply).
- Lunch buffet and snacks at snack bars-grill restaurants: Rancho Grande, Captain Morgan, Palmeras and Mariachi.
- 24 hour sports bar.
- Domestic beverages (soft drinks, beers, house wine, liquors, cocktails and coffee).

*** This an all inclusive reservation. All rates include applicable taxes (except Environment & Sanitation Tax) and service charges. The room rates are in USD, per person, per night. A valid credit card is required for securing hotel reservations. Upon check-in at the hotel, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your stay, including the Environment & Sanitation Tax. NO SHOWS will be charged to the credit card on file for the complete stay, including taxes and fees. Groups rates are applied 3 days before and 3 days after the event dates based on availability.
