Welcome to the MPI Staff and Board Speaker Program! Use this page to learn more about each MPI staff and volunteer leader who can speak at your chapter event or program. This program helps MPI create relevant and dynamic presentation decks in support of MPI leaders, and it streamlines leaders’ experience when they are requested to speak. When you use this program, you will never have to pay speaking fees, however, we do ask that you reimburse or provide airfare, ground transportation, and any accommodations that may be needed by speakers to attend your event. Most presentations are only intended to last 10-15 minutes, and longer presentations are given at the discretion of the speaker.

SPEAKER BIO:

Kevin is a senior global sales and marketing executive with experience advancing iconic entertainment centered hospitality brands. He has served in leadership roles over the course of 20+ years for Universal Orlando, Disney Parks and Resorts and Hard Rock International; where his responsibilities focused on marketing, promotions, and global sales. Prior to his move to Florida, he led marketing and sales strategy for regional theme parks in Ohio and western New York.

He has been a champion and architect of multi-platform strategic initiatives, including integrated advertising campaigns, new product launches, e-commerce, CRM engagement, and business development. Presently, he is the COO of a Physicians group in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

Kevin is an "accidental student" of the meetings & events industry having switched career focus and quickly adapt to new business models, new markets and new faces. He  has experienced career high and lows and found MPI to be that one community of support through it all. 

Most importantly, MPI has been his muse since he joined in 1998. Twenty years later, he has served in volunteer roles for MPI, chairing Award and Marketing committees as well as 6 years as an IBOD member culminating as Chair of the International Board. He is presently serving The MPI Foundation as a Executive Director.
