Join Us for the MPI CT Stadium Cleanup at Rentschler Field!
Looking for a quick, rewarding way to give back on a Saturday morning? Join our MPI Chapter as we team up to clean Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field!
By bringing together 30+ volunteers, we’ll earn funds that go directly to our MPI Chapter—and we need your help to hit our goal.
Event Details:
When: Saturday, October 24
Check-in: 8:30 AM – 8:45 AM (Cleanup starts at 9:00 AM)
Duration: ~1.5 to 2 hours
Where: Lot 4 (across from Gate B)
Who: Anyone! (MPI members, friends, students, sports teams, and local volunteers)
Why Join?
Free Coffee, Hot Chocolate & Donuts to start your morning right!
Community Service Hours: We will sign off on official hours for high school and college students.
Great Cause: Help maintain our local venue while directly funding MPI programs.

MPI Connecticut Registration Policy
Registration Approval
All registration categories are subject to MPI Connecticut approval and your registration category must be valid at both the time of registration and at the time of the Event.
Cancellations
Registration cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing to mpicrv@gmail.com. Cancelations within 48 hours of the event cannot be refunded. Cancelations made 3-5 business days prior to the event are subject to a partial refund.
Substitutions
Substitutions are welcome. Please note that substitutions are only permissible if the substituting individual qualifies for the original registrant's category. For instance, a substitute for a planner registrant must also qualify as a planner for registration purposes. If a non-member substitutes for a member, any difference in registration fee will be due and payable.
