Join MPI CT for an interactive, real-world simulation led by nationally recognized event safety expert Steve Adelman.
What happens when a high-profile, high-stakes event encounters unexpected adversity? Find out at MPI CT's Annual Half-Day Education Program!
Back by popular demand, industry authority Steve Adelman will lead AdelFest – The Tabletop, an interactive stress test designed to challenge your event plans, risk mitigation strategies, and critical decision-making under pressure.
Set against the scenario of AdelFest—the lavish, end-of-year gala hosted by Connecticut’s own Adelman Law Group—you’ll step into the shoes of the event planner as dynamic, real-time challenges unfold. Together, we'll put our collective event knowledge to the test and learn how to navigate crisis with poise, professionalism, and precision.

This half-day event has been split up into 2 sessions, but will be submitted to the EIC for 3.0 CE hours.
We are excited to invite you to a special edition of our MPI Connecticut annual half-day education program, featuring a unique opportunity to connect with leading hotel partners from the Mexican Caribbean.
In collaboration with the Hotel Association of Cancun, Puerto Morelos & Isla Mujeres, several member hotels will join us in Connecticut to meet directly with our planning community. This is a great chance to discover new venues, get fresh destination updates, and build valuable relationships with hotel representatives who are eager to grow their MICE partnerships with Connecticut meeting planners. Global Incentive Management DMC is organizing the program in partnership with MPI Connecticut and the Hotel Association.
Join us on November 9 and discover why the Mexican Caribbean continues to stand out for meetings and incentives.

A Historic Landmark in the Heart of Norwalk
For more than 30 years, the Norwalk Inn & Conference Center has been owned and operated by the Handrinos family, Greek-Americans who first immigrated to the US during the 1960’s. Today, it’s uncommon for a mid-size American hotel to be run as an independent company rather than a corporate franchise, but we believe that this status allows us to deliver a superior level of client care.
