Meetings and events of all kinds were turned upside down with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, drastically altering the landscape of risk management. Face-to-face meetings, once the mainstay of education, took a back seat to virtual and hybrid meetings generating additional risk management aspects in contracts, risk issues, platforms for virtual and hybrid meetings, intellectual property and data privacy, vendor contracts, and legislative impacts. Analyze next steps in adapting, renegotiating, and understanding new contracts and their risk management impacts, including adherence to up-to-date health and safety protocols.

This education session is eligible for 1.50 hours of CEU credit and has been submitted to the EIC.
