Meet Our Speaker:



Jeff Watson, Senior Account Manager, Cvent Hospitality Cloud

Jeff Watson is a Hospitality Sales Alumni with 15 years of on-property experience working for Hotels to include the Westin Copley Place, Mandarin Oriental Boston and Washington DC and was part of the opening team at the Trump International Hotel, Washington. DC.

Following his career in hotels, Jeff was presented with the opportunity to move closer to family in the Northeast and transitioned over to the Planner side where he assumed the role of Strategic Account and Operations Manager at Amex GBT dedicated to the ESPN and Disney accounts. There, he managed a team of 15 who were responsible for the sourcing, contracting and overall management of more than 3,000 groups per year.

In his current role as a Senior Member of Cvent’s Hospitality Cloud, Jeff oversees a portfolio of 125+ hotels throughout the New England and Mid-Atlantic Region. As an Account Manager, Jeff works hand in hand with Hotel Sales Leaders where he’s able to leverage his experience in sales and as a planner to help hotels understand the latest market and property data and trends. Armed with this information, he is able to guide leaders through the process of building a comprehensive and actionable strategy within the Cvent environment.

Outside of work Jeff is an Air Force veteran, and lives in Barkhamsted CT with his Wife, Laura, seven year old Son, Connor and their 2 dogs Tucker and Toby.
