This interactive educational session is designed for meeting planners who rely on volunteers to support events and programs. Attendees will explore proven strategies for attracting the right volunteers, clearly defining roles and expectations, keeping volunteers engaged before, during, and after events, and creating meaningful experiences that encourage long-term commitment. Participants will leave with practical tools, real-world examples, and actionable ideas they can immediately apply to strengthen their volunteer teams and improve overall event outcomes.
