Step into the magic of the season at MPI Connecticut River Valley’s Winter Wonderland celebration! Join industry colleagues and friends for an evening filled with festive experiences designed to inspire connection and holiday cheer. Guests will enjoy delicious food and beverages, explore picture-perfect photo opportunities, and take optional guided tours of the stunning Bristol Event Center, all while giving back to local families in need.

Southington Bread for Life Partnership
Southington Bread for Life is a community-driven organization dedicated to providing food, support, and compassion to local residents in need. The Bristol Event Center is proud to support this mission by donating unused event food to Bread for Life, helping reduce waste while nourishing our neighbors.
In the spirit of giving, we will be collecting non-perishable food items and monetary contributions toward grocery store gift cards at our December 16 event. Your generosity will help brighten the season for families in our community.

MPI CRV Registration Policy
Registration Approval
All registration categories are subject to MPICRV approval and your registration category must be valid at both the time of registration and at the time of the Event.
Cancellations
Registration cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing to mpicrv@gmail.com. Cancelations within 48 hours of the event cannot be refunded. Cancelations made 3-5 business days prior to the event are subject to a partial refund.
Substitutions
Substitutions are welcome. Please note that substitutions are only permissible if the substituting individual qualifies for the original registrant's category. For instance, a substitute for a planner registrant must also qualify as a planner for registration purposes. If a non-member substitutes for a member, any difference in registration fee will be due and payable.
