350 Main St.
Middletown, CT 06457
Located in the heart of Middletown, Conspiracy is anything but your typical meeting space. It is a meticulously curated "cocktail apothecary" that feels like a cross between a sophisticated Victorian lounge and a whimsical curiosity cabinet. The environment is defined by its eclectic, cozy atmosphere—featuring vintage decor, plush seating, and soft lighting that naturally encourages deep conversation rather than just surface-level networking.
The Experience:
The Vibe: Sophisticated yet "funky" and approachable. It’s a space designed for discovery, making it the perfect backdrop for "stirring up" new industry connections.
The Fare: The menu features "small plate magic." Expect elevated, creative snacks and shareables that are as much of a conversation starter as the decor.
The Refreshments: While they are masters of the craft cocktail, Conspiracy is equally celebrated for its house-made syrups, infusions, and complex zero-proof shrubs. Their artisanal mocktails and unique sodas ensure that every guest—regardless of what’s in their glass—experiences the same level of craft and "spirit."
