Other than improving your Zoom Meeting skills, what have you learned (or learned to excel in professionally) since COVID-19 began?
I have learned that setting expectations at the beginning of conversations or relationships makes communicating more effective.   

Who are you outside of work?
I am  someone who loves to spend time with their loved ones, be outdoors, and travel. I can be a homebody that loves a good binge worthy show too.

Name a silver lining in your own work experience since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
I was able to really grow as an individual and push my boundaries.

What is your proudest professional accomplishment to date?
Being able to open up a new hotel in California right before the pandemic and stay open due to several long-term groups I was able to get.

What are some of your favorite things about being an MPI member?
The networking and friendships that come out of it. 

When do you plan to go on your next vacation and where do you want to go?
Beginning of September and back to Paso Robles, California.   

What is the greatest place you have ever visited? 
Cannes, France.

I have lived in 5 different states and travelled to 17 states and 3 countries.
