From facility set-up to day-of event management, to parking and risk management -  creating a memorable experience for fans and event attendees takes communication, organization and intentional planning. For suppliers and planners alike – how do you prepare your event or facility  for the best “day-of” experience for all attendees, staff and volunteers?

Take a peek “behind the curtain” with Stephen Harper, Deputy Director of Athletics and Chief Operating Officer with IU Athletics, as we learn about what it takes to execute a safe and successful experience at each game and how to include these practices to your own event processes. We’ll also learn about how Assembly Hall transitioned to an entirely cashless system just a few years ago and how that change impacts event operations today.

 At the conclusion of this event, attendees will participate in a special “behind-the-scenes” tour of the iconic IU Basketball Stadium, Assembly Hall, led by Kurt Pangborn, Assistant Director for Athletic Tours and Ticket Operations.
