Anti-Human Trafficking Event

Join us at the Wyndham Noblesville Thursday, January 16th for a panel featuring Judge Kimberly Dowling, LeeAnn Carter with the Westfield Police Department, Jennifer Green, Supervisory Special Agent at IND with the Department of Homeland Security and William Glover of the Indiana Trafficking Victims Assistance Program (ITVAP) to discuss the impact of human trafficking in Indiana, and what planners and suppliers can do to support anti-human trafficking efforts. Following the panel, attendees will have the chance to work through practical scenarios.

Panel:

Kimberly Dowling Judge Kimberly Dowling is judge of the Circuit Court No. 2 of Delaware County. She serves on the Delaware County Prevent Child Abuse Council and is active in efforts across Indiana to prevent human trafficking.
William Glover William Glover works for the Indiana Youth Services Association (IYSA) as the Region 3 Coalition Coordinator for the Indiana Trafficking Victims Assistance Program (ITVAP). ITVAP provides comprehensive services directly to victims of trafficking and offers training and support to service providers state-wide.
Jennifer Green Jennifer Green is Supervisory Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations where she works to combat human trafficking in conjunction with Indianapolis International Airport officials.
LeeAnn Carter  Detective LeeAnn Carter is a five-year member of the Westfield Police Department where she supports victims of human trafficking. She holds degrees in Youth Development and Criminal Justice and in Public Administration.
