We heard your cries for less emails (from us at least) and a more streamlined membership experience so we’ve been working diligently behind the scenes to curate your membership, the way you want it! Join us in this first-time opportunity to customize your membership in a way that simplifies your day while still providing you with the knowledge, community end education to fuel your growth.

When an MPI Member has fully-completed and up-to-date information on their member profile page, it allows us to tailor your content and engagement in exactly the ways you want to receive it. Interested in only hearing about a specific community’s happenings? Let us know! Only want to receive information about CMP courses? Tell us! This is your opportunity to make your membership exactly what you need it to be. .

And, because customizing your membership gives everyone that warm & fuzzy feeling, we decided to host a little friendly competition!

What’s at stake, you ask?

  • The first 200 MPI members to fully-complete their member profile to 100%, starting at 10am CDT Friday October 22nd, 2021 will receive 40% off their upcoming membership renewal for Essential, Preferred, Premier and Faculty membership levels and 20% off their upcoming membership renewal for Student membership levels.

And that’s not all!

  • Ten MPI Essential, Preferred, Premier or Faculty Members who complete their member profile anytime between Friday October 22nd, 2021 at 10am CDT through Monday November 30th 2021 at 11:59pm CDT will be selected at random to win 40,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points each. Yep, you read that right. Hello vacation!

FAQs


What MPI membership levels can participate in the competition? All membership levels are eligible to participate. Essential, Preferred, Premier and Faculty MPI membership levels are eligible for a chance to win both the 40% of membership renewal and the 40,000 Marriott Bonvoy Point competition. MPI Student membership levels who wish to participate are eligible for a chance to win 20% off membership renewal but is not eligible to participate in the Marriott Bonvoy Point competition.
How long do I have to complete my MPI Member Profile and participate in the contest? The MPI Member Profile Campaign will run from Friday October 22nd thru Monday November 30th at 11:59pm CDT. Winners of the 40% off MPI upcoming membership renewal/20% off upcoming membership renewal for students and the Marriott Bonvoy Points will be notified on or by December 10th 2021. All Marriott Bonvoy Terms and Conditions apply.
How will I know if my profile is 100% complete? On the left-hand side of your member profile page you will see a status bar showcasing the progress of your profile completion. See picture for reference.

I am a current MPI Member and my member profile is already 100% complete. Can I participate in this profile competition? Yes! Any member whose member profile is already 100% complete still needs to visit their profile page between 10am CDT October 22nd, 2021 and 11:59pm CDT November 30th, 2021 and make sure their information is up-to-date and accurate. If it is, all Essential, Preferred, Premier and Faculty members with a 100% profile completion between the dates of October 22nd, 2021 and November 30th, 2021 will be entered for a chance to win the 40% off upcoming membership renewal and the Marriott Bonvoy Points drawing. Student MPI member levels are eligible for a chance to win 20% off upcoming membership renewal only.
I am having issues completing my member profile, who can I reach out to? If you are having issues with completing your member profile you can reach out to MPI’s Member Services Team via email at feedback@mpi.org or by calling 972-702-3053 between the hours of 8am and 5pm CDT to speak with a Member Engagement Representative. Anyone who answers will be able to assist.
What if I am a winner of the 40% off Membership renewal and I just renewed my membership? Anyone who wins the 40% off Membership Renewal will receive their award in the form of a coupon that will be emailed to the address that is on file for your MPI Membership. You may cash this coupon in the next time your membership is up for renewal. So don’t lose it!
Are either the 40% off Membership Renewal or Marriott Bonvoy Points transferrable if I am a winner? No, if you are an award recipient, neither award is transferrable and may only be used by the original, winning MPI member.
How many points will a Marriott Bonvoy Points award recipient be receiving? Ten MPI members with a profile completion of 100% between the dates of October 22nd, 2021 and November 30th, 2021 will be selected at random to receive 40,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points each. All Marriott Bonvoy Terms and Conditions apply.
When will Marriott Bonvoy Points be awarded? Ten winners of the Marriott Bonvoy Points will be notified via email on or before December 10th, 2021. This date is subject to change if the award recipient fails to provide their Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty number by this date. Student MPI Memberships do not qualify.
How will the Marriott Bonvoy Points be awarded and applied? Ten winner names will be selected at random. Points will be applied on or before December 10th, 2021. Winners will receive a confirmation email to the email address associated with your MPI Membership to confirm your award. Once the confirmation email is received, winners will need to supply their Bonvoy Loyalty Number before December 10th, 2021 in order for your Marriott Bonvoy Points to be awarded. Points recipients must be a Marriot Bonvoy Member at the time of award acceptance. All Marriott Bonvoy Terms and Conditions apply. Student MPI memberships do not qualify.
If I am a Marriott Bonvoy Points award recipient, do I need to be enrolled in the Marriott Bonvoy program at the time of accepting my points? Yes. Marriott Bonvoy Points award recipients must be a Marriott Bonvoy member at the time of claiming their points. If you are not currently a Marriott Bonvoy Member, you can enroll here.
