Coaching Philosophy

“I believe coaching is transformational and a journey of self-discovery. Being a better communicator, finding your own unique voice and style, learning to navigate office politics, and laying the groundwork for your future career advancement are just a few of the areas I love coaching in. I also get that trying to maintain balance in your personal life can be even more challenging in our new hybrid, WFH world and the importance of having firm boundaries and a good self-care routine are paramount to achieving that. Lastly, I believe that no one should ever burn out of a career they love.”
