Our speakers:

Dr Madeleine de Hauke is known as the Meetings Doctor.

Recognized for her work consulting, coaching, training and facilitating organizations on reprogramming their meeting culture to disrupt habitual meeting patterns and that hold-back progress and result in bad decisions or no decisions. A medical doctor by training, with a distinguished 20+ year career in the chemical and medical industries across three continents, Madeleine founded Business4Good in 2018 to cure Meeting Syndrome in all its forms - including with yourself: who hasn't negotiated with their internal saboteur recently?

Paul Heil, Employee Experience Expert, IBM

Paul has spent the last year in a half leading Marketing and Communications for a newly formed Employee Experience team at IBM with a core focus on creating and maintaining "Moments That Matter" for 1500+ employees. He has helped this innovative new team acquire 3 Stevie Awards and 1 Engagement Hero's Award for their internal events and engagement activities within the first year of the teams establishment.

Prior to working with IBM Paul spent several years running his own management consulting firm where he worked with various local and foreign companies improving overall strategies and communications. During his time consulting he sat in different positions such as a Director Of Strategy and Innovation at the European Business Conference Group and as Global Director Of Sales and Marketing at eRevMax.

Prior to his consultancy Paul played a key role in the launch and success of the well known Event App Startup Slido where he was responsible for their initial US operations while supporting Sales and Marketing. And before his time at Slido Paul spent roughly half a decade producing and selling international corporate Pharmaceutical events with NextLevel Life Sciences. The quote Paul live's by is from one of his all time favourite American Football Players Jerry Rice - "Today I will do what others won't so tomorrow I can accomplish what others can't.".
