Exclusively for MPI members we feature the event transformation cases where we invite the event organisers to share their journey.
We will look at the operations, marketing and stakeholders engagement for the most prominent association and corporate events.
This masterclass will feature two organisations which were instrumental in transforming their events to online and virtual realm in a critically short time. It will be also an occasion for European MPI members to raise a glass for the summer break.

- How EAN and SETAC transformed their annual events to virtual
- How both organisations handled communication about this transition (internally and externally)
- Technology selection process
- How did they handle sponsors engagement and what was sponsors feedback post event
