Live Event | MPI Belgium Pic-Nic
While the world is getting ready to re-open, MPI Belgium has decided the time has come to see each other back in a live event setting. Join us on Friday 9 July around lunch time for an informal outdoor picnic lunch at Dolce La Hulpe Brussels.
Informal back-to-business
The outdoor live picnic is an informal back-to-business event organized with the purpose of reuniting with our industry peers!
You will be invited into the magical garden of the hotel with an aperitif, followed by a delicious buffet lunch. Entertainment will be at your disposal, but most of all you will have the time and space to reconnect or to make new connections.
In short:
- Venue opens up around 11.30 AM - the final programme will be confirmed to you closer to the event date
- You will be served a filling lunch, including an aperitif and some drinks
- Entertainment, games are at your disposal
- Free parking is available at the hotel
Should you have any dietary requirements, please fill out the designated area in the registration process.
Cancellation policy:
Free cancellation is possible until 25 June.
Should the event need to be cancelled in case of a negative evolution of the virus or government restriction, all registrations will be cancelled and reimbursed free of charge.

We take your health and safety at heart! Together with the venue we will closely follow the government measures, applicable at the time of the event.
