MPI Belgium-Luxembourg Chapter has the great pleasure to invite you to our annual summer event! 

Join us on Friday 1 July for an informal outdoor lunch at Dolce La Hulpe Brussels.

Event details

The outdoor picnic is an annual informal event with the purpose of reuniting colleagues and friends from the event industry before the summer holidays. 

You will be invited into the magical garden of the hotel with an aperitif, followed by a delicious buffet lunch. Entertainment will be on the menu and most of all, you will have the time and space to network and make new connections with different stakeholders of the event space in Belgium and Luxembourg. 

Programme: 

- The venue opens up around 12 AM - the final programme will be confirmed to you closer to the event date

- You will be served a filling lunch, including an aperitif and some drinks 

- Entertainment will be provided 

Should you have any dietary requirements, please fill out the designated form during the registration process. 

Cancellation policy:

Registration is closing on 22 June. Free cancellation is possible until 22 June. 

Transport:

Free parking is available on-site.

We take your health and safety at heart! Together with the venue we will closely follow the government measures, applicable at the time of the event.
