Joel Olandesca is CEO & co-founder of award winning SOS Charging Solutions, providing mobile device charging to events, and SOS Web.AR which offers web-based augmented reality to help events and marketers enhance experiences by combining digital elements with the real world - effectively and simply. Joel has extensive experience in mobile technology, marketing, and finances. He is the Immediate Past Chair of ILEA Canada, and was President of the Calgary chapter in 2018/2019. Being involved and volunteering helps him to continue on his path as an evolving event professional. When he’s not CEO-ing behind a desk, you’ll find him mixing behind the decks under his alter-ego DJ ChargedUp!
