Who do you work for and what is your position in the company? 

I’m the Director of Events and Catering at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside.

How long have you been in the hospitality industry? 

I have been in the hospitality industry for 12 years.

What is your favorite part about your job?

I love getting to meet so many different people and that no day is the same.

What are some of your favorite restaurants in the city? 

That’s a tough one! There’s so many to choose from and so many more to explore.  I’d have to say some favorites are Atchafalaya, Coppervine and Coquette.

If you could go to dinner with 3 people who would they be? 

If we are going with living people, I would have to say Stevie Wonder, Barack Obama and Ellen Degeneres.

Do you have any pets?

Yes, I have 1 cat named Marley.

How long have you been with MPI? 

I joined the Gulf States Chapter when I moved to New Orleans 7 months ago.  I was a member of the Northern California Chapter for about 2 years prior to here.

What are your favorite things to do on the weekend? 

I love live music, so you can often find me at a concert, or finding new restaurants or happy hours.  I also enjoy reading and wandering around the city.
