Objectives:Attendees will learn how to build their emotional intelligence to learn the skills needed to manage stakeholder activities and communication. The emotional intelligence skill set is the capacity to control and express oneself & to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously & empathetically. Learning these skills will help attendees identify how to effectively communicate with various stakeholders who have many protocols, deadlines, expectations, and goals for them to meet.

Palace Café offers private dining accommodations for 10 – 500 guests. The restaurant contains 3 intimate private dining rooms on the third floor, which can seat 10-80 guests. For receptions of up to 500 guests, the first and second floors can be combined.
