With a labor shortage, shifting client preferences and budgets, and the evolving coronavirus situation, it’s important for planners and suppliers to understand each other’s challenges and what they can realistically expect from each other during the planning process.

Join us for our panel discussion featuring planners and suppliers who have direct experience planning and executing meetings in the current climate. At the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Understand how shifting client preferences and budgets are affecting planner's needs.
  • Understand how coronavirus uncertainty continues to impact both planners and suppliers.

COVID Safety Plan

Our venue for Sept. 23 is an open-air, shaded pavilion. Because of the outdoor setting, masks will not be required. Restrooms for hand-washing are located a short walk from the pavilion, and hand sanitizer will also be provided. Social distancing is encouraged, and overflow seating is available for additional distancing if desired.
